SunnyPaste® is a product for the confectionery and chocolate industry. SunnyPaste® is made exclusively with  sunflower seeds from controlled crops. Its oleic acid content is higher as compared to almonds and hazelnuts, thus the SunnyPaste® is comparable to nut pastes. The product is highly stable against oxidation even at high temperatures. SunnyPaste® is available in three versions, with different  degrees of sunflower seeds roasting: light, medium and strong. This feature confers the typical aromas of the product.
